Enquiries and location

We save the details you submit to respond to your service request. Location is requested through your browser. If you allow it, your GPS coordinates are used to look up your city and are included only when you submit the form. Your current device location may differ from the requested installation address; please confirm both.

Google Maps provider search

When you search for Google ISP listings, the selected city is sent to Google Places through our server. We do not send your form contact details or GPS coordinates with this search. Returned ratings and listing details are displayed without being saved to our database. If you open a Maps, website or contact link, that provider’s policies apply. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to its services. See our website terms.

Optional marketing

Survey answers and marketing permission are optional. We use the marketing choice you provide to determine whether to send relevant offers later.

Visit and campaign counts

A random identifier kept for this browser tab session helps us count visits and understand campaign sources. We store the session identifier, timestamp, landing path and campaign labels. This is an approximate session count, not an exact count of people. We do not collect visitor GPS for analytics or record form fields before submission.

Tools and optional feedback

We record tool starts, report views, sharing actions, download actions and the computed result heading with the anonymous browser-session identifier, timestamp and campaign source. Input fields, GPS and contact details are not collected by tool analytics. Sharing actions do not prove a message was delivered. If you submit the optional feedback form, we save your submitted name, phone, rating, feedback and callback choice for the owner dashboard. Contact details are not placed on shared result images. A callback request is separate from marketing permission.

Saved combined reports

When you choose Save report, we store the displayed results, recommendations and optional contact details for the owner dashboard. The generated report link can be viewed by anyone who has it; it contains results but excludes your name and phone. Share only results you are comfortable disclosing. Unsubmitted combined reports remain only in the open page. Contact us to request removal.

Complaints and technical community

Complaint name, mobile, optional landline, locality and details are stored privately for Corbital support. Each complaint receives a reference and an indicative technician-contact estimate. Community profiles require name, mobile and email; company is required for an ISP profile. Public questions and replies show name, role and company, but not profile mobile or email. Posts are public; do not include passwords or confidential details in post text. A secure browser cookie remembers a self-declared profile for up to 180 days; this is not mobile/email verification or a portable login. Clearing cookies or using another device requires entering details again. Corbital can close discussions and hide off-topic or inappropriate content. Contact us for correction or removal requests.

Community photos, listings and reviews

Uploaded technical equipment photos, tags, city and optional asking price are public when their topic is published. Photos are stored with the uploader profile; photos attached to hidden topics are not served publicly. The uploader and owner can view private uploads for preview and moderation. Unattached uploads are retained until removal is requested. Do not upload private documents or personal images. ISP community is a separate publicly readable area; posting and replying require a self-declared ISP/company profile. Complaint submission requires confirmation of existing Corbital customer status, checked by support; this is not automated account verification. Provider plans and reviews require owner approval; profiles and experiences remain self-declared. Reviews are community ratings, not independent service measurements. Corbital does not process marketplace payments or guarantee transactions. Contact us for removal.

External services

City lookup uses BigDataCloud after location permission. The optional internet test contacts Cloudflare and uses network data. The owner dashboard uses OpenStreetMap tiles to display shared enquiry pins. Email notifications use our configured email delivery service when activated.
